This is a simple plugin to disable unwanted Custom Post Types which came with some theme or plugin and not required for your site.

From your WordPress dashboard
- Visit ›Plugins > Add New‹
- Search for ›Disable Post Types’
- Activate Disable Post Types from your Plugins page.
From WordPress.org
- Download Disable Post Types.
- Upload the ‘disable-post-types’ directory to your ›/wp-content/plugins/‹ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
- Activate Disable Post Types from your Plugins page.
Once Activated
Goto Settings > Disable Post Types and select the post types to disable. Yes as easy as 1 2 3
