Existing installations that already saved a Site ID continue to work and are shown as connected manually. Disconnect removes the local connection and turns the widget off. It does not delete the website in EnvisaSoft. You can connect again later. Widget appearance settings in WordPress are a starting point. Confirm the plugin is active, Settings Live Chat shows Connected, you are viewing a public page rather than wp-admin, and any page cache was cleared after connecting. ### The bubble appears but chat cannot connect This WordPress origin may not be in the site’s allowed origins in EnvisaSoft. Reconnect, or ask the EnvisaSoft account owner to add `https://your-domain.com` and `https:// www.your-domain.com`. ### What does Disconnect do? It turns chat off on this WordPress site and forgets the local connection. It does not delete the EnvisaSoft website. You can connect again. ### Does it work on WordPress multisite?
