This plugin lets you add static links as floating menu on your webpages,
Features
- Control over your links and icons (font awesome)
- Modify Position, Size, Unit, Color(Icon, Background, Hover) of the Menu

- Upload the plugin and activate it (alternatively, install through the WP admin console)
- Use the Settings->Plugin Name screen to configure the plugin
- Start using the plugin by navigating to the Submenu «Floating Menu» in your sidebar.

This plug-in adds a clean, simple backend under the «Settings» menu. For my personal taste this plug-in is just right: not too much features, not too little.
