- Upload the folder «netgo-expandable-collapsible-menu» to «/wp-content/plugins/»
- Activate the plugin through the «Plugins» menu in WordPress
- Go to WP-admin -> Appearance -> Widgets and you will find the ›Netgo Expandable/Collapsible Menu‹ widget there.
- Put ›Netgo Expandable/Collapsible Menu‹ in widget area.
- Here you can select option form drop down to show with Netgo Expandable/Collapsible Menu
- Call that widget on your template file

This was super easy to install and configure. I had this working in less time than it took me to download it. Seriously easy. Highly recommend.
Not sure about the other reviewers that said their content was blank. I did not have this problem.

Installation was easy, took the widget into the widget area and got the same menu as with the custom menu widget… no collapse at all… :((
