 Implements VIES VAT business number [on the fly validation](http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vieshome.do?locale=fr)
using [dannyvankooten php code](https://github.com/dannyvankooten/vat.php).

Make sure your web server uses [soap-php module](http://php.net/manual/en/book.soap.php)

This is a very good plugin if you are selling products from an european country 
using RCP. A few things are missing like PayPal and Stripe Checkout payment but 
all the other features are working very well.
