Provide a name for your child theme and it will automatically create the necessary child theme directory and files. The parent theme stylesheet will be enqueued using «wp_enqueue_style» instead of @import.

Install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
Activate the plugin through the ›Plugins‹ screen in WordPress.
Use the Appearance > Create Child Theme screen to create a child theme.
Activate the created child theme in Appearance > Themes screen.
