wp-colorful-tag-clouddirectory to the/wp-content/plugins/directory - Activate the plugin through the ›Plugins‹ menu in WordPress
- Cutomize your settings using the menu item under Settings>Colorful tag Cloud
- Don’t forget to save your settings
