Spent several days with support because the tool would not upload to eBay. They then told me the issue was with Ebay and not with them. I could however upload perfectly fine to eBay manually the same product without any issues. Went back and forth via email for several days without any resolution.

The product does exactly what it is supposed to do without any problems. If there are any problems, I opened a ticket and they solved it in no time.
