Sada Hisab Integration for WooCommerce connects your WooCommerce store to your Sada Hisab account so that:
- Products in Sada Hisab can be pulled into WooCommerce as WooCommerce products, including images.
- A Sada Hisab Sale Invoice is created automatically the moment a WooCommerce order’s status changes to Completed.
- Failed invoice attempts are logged and can be retried directly from the WooCommerce order screen, without re-processing the whole order.
- An on-screen Activity Log records what the plugin did (connection tests, sync runs, invoice attempts) so you can see exactly what happened and why, without digging through server logs.
Third-party services this plugin connects to
This plugin is an integration and, to function, sends and receives data from services outside your WordPress site. Please review these before installing:
- Sada Hisab API — used to authenticate, read your product catalog, and create Sale Invoices. Product data (names, prices, quantities) and order/buyer data needed to create an invoice (such as buyer name, registration type, and province) are sent to this API. See the Sada Hisab website and its terms of service / privacy policy for details on how Sada Hisab handles this data.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Object Storage — the default «Image Base URL» setting points to an Oracle Cloud Object Storage bucket used to fetch product images during sync. Requests to download product images are made to this storage bucket.
By default, the plugin’s «API Base URL» setting points to Sada Hisab’s public demo/sandbox endpoint. You can (and for production use, should) replace this with the endpoint issued to your own Sada Hisab account.
No data is sent to the plugin author. The Activity Log described above is stored only in your own WordPress database and is never transmitted anywhere.
Requirements
- WooCommerce must be installed and active.
- A Sada Hisab account with API credentials (username/password) and, for production use, your own API endpoint.

/wp-content/plugins/sada-hisab-integration-for-woocommerce, or install the plugin through the WordPress Plugins screen directly. - Activate the plugin through the ›Plugins‹ screen in WordPress.
- Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
- Go to WooCommerce Sada Hisab Sync and enter your Sada Hisab API credentials.
- Click Test Connection to confirm the credentials work.
- Run a Product Sync to pull your Sada Hisab catalog into WooCommerce.
- Complete a WooCommerce order to see a Sale Invoice created automatically in Sada Hisab.

Does this plugin work without WooCommerce?

No. WooCommerce must be installed and active. If it isn’t, the plugin shows an admin notice and does not load its features.

When does the plugin create a Sale Invoice?

Only when a WooCommerce order’s status changes to Completed. Orders that are Pending, Failed, On hold, or Processing do not generate an invoice.

What happens if an invoice fails to create?

The failure is recorded in the Activity Log and on the order itself. You can retry the invoice from the order screen using the «Retry Invoice» order action, without needing to change the order’s status again.

Is High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) supported?

Yes. The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce’s custom order tables (HPOS) and only accesses order data through WooCommerce’s CRUD API.

Where is the Activity Log stored?

In your site’s own WordPress database (as a plugin option), not on any external server. It keeps the most recent 50 entries and can be cleared at any time from the plugin’s settings screen.
