- Extract the plugin folder from the downloaded ZIP file.
- Upload sc-scroll folder to your /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
- Activate the plugin from the «Plugins» page in your Dashboard.
- Go to the «Appearance» menu «Customize» page and click «Scrollbar» option
