The_Force.zipto the/wp-content/plugins/directory or upload it directly on ›Add New Plugin‹ in «Plugins» menu - Activate the plugin through the ›Plugins‹ menu in WordPress.

*Note : Do remember to deactivate the ›Hello Dolly‹ Plugin (if Activated !)

There are a few quotes that are wrong. Just go into the editor and edit/delete them. Or add some more of your own!
